Job summary

Mercy Health in Ballarat is seeking a compassionate casual Carer/Nurse supervisor to support Mercy Place Ballarat, delivering high‑quality, resident‑focused care across weekend and weekday shifts.

You will supervise a team of carers and nurses, undertake assessments and documentation to the highest standard, and nurture positive relationships with residents and their families. Essential qualifications include a recognised tertiary credential, AHPRA registration and NDIS clearance.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team of carers and nurses.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and safety.
• NDIS clearance is preferred.
