Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care across a growing network of facilities. You will perform health assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication management while adhering to Arcare’s values and clinical standards.

The role emphasizes wound care, care planning, detailed documentation with eCase, and compassionate end-of-life support. Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights.

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential).
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management.
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase.
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies.
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support.
