Job summary

Bethsalem Care in Happy Valley, SA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team delivering resident-centred care and enhancing wellbeing for older adults. You will provide clinical care, support a caring team, assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standards.

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Completion of National Hand Hygiene Initiative (NHHI) training.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Leadership capability and a positive, team-focused approach.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Aged Care quality standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, person-centred clinical care.
• Lead and support a dedicated team of nursing and care staff.
• Assess, monitor, and respond to residents' changing care needs.
• Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with funding requirements.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Bethsalem Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents.
