Job summary

The Bethanie Group in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care at Bethanie Como Aged Care Home in a casual capacity. You will support a multi-skilled team and deliver person-centred care.

This role offers flexibility and stability in a supportive culture, with opportunities for professional development and a focus on learning and safety. If you are registered with AHPRA and committed to ageing well, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in aged care and dementia care helpful.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain vaccinations.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out personal care plans with supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist in planning care on a shift basis with a Registered Nurse.
• Assist in resident assessments and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Contribute to residents' physical, emotional and lifestyle needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support teamwork.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development.

The Role

• Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with andunder the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on ashift basis
• Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring alldocumentation is up to date and in accordance with companyrequirements
• Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needsand wants of residents
• Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholdersand contributing to teamwork within the workplace
• Participating in ongoing learning and development, bothindividually and as part of a larger team

About You

• Currently registered with the Australian HealthPractitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
• Experience working in aged care and/or supporting residentsliving with dementia
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and abilityto confidently use clinical information systems
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National PoliceClearance (or willingness to apply for one)
