Bene Aged Care is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join the St Agnes Residential Facility on a part-time basis. Be part of a supportive, inclusive team delivering high-quality care to residents in Adelaide.

You will work to provide person-centered care, monitor health, administer medications, and mentor care staff. AHPRA registration and relevant certs are essential; Italian skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to respectful, person-centered care.
• Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty.
• Current National Police Check, First Aid and Manual Handling certificates.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care.
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts.
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift.
• Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards.
• Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals.
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning.

About Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting older people’s dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

What You’ll Bring
