Job summary

NSW Health - Canterbury Hospital in Sydney's Local Health District is seeking a Casual Registered Midwife to provide woman-centred, evidence-based midwifery care in a busy hospital setting.

The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate current AHPRA registration, commitment to evidence-informed practice and NSW Health values.

Qualifications

• Current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
• Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values.

Responsibilities
