Job summary

BELL Architecture in Adelaide seeks an experienced Registered Architect to lead delivery of medium to large-scale, design-focused projects across Australia. Based in our Adelaide studio, you will mentor team members, coordinate across disciplines and ensure design excellence from concept through to completion.

You will bring strong leadership, project management, and BIM/Revit proficiency, with a commitment to quality outcomes and travel interstate as required.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Architect in Australia.
• Minimum 7 years' experience delivering commercial architecture projects in Australia.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel interstate.

Based in our Adelaide studio, you'll play a key role in leading and delivering medium to large-scale projects from concept through to completion.

What You'll Bring

• Current registration as an Architect in Australia (preferred)
• Minimum 7 years' experience delivering commercial architecture projects in Australia
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects
• Strong project leadership, documentation and contract administration skills
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience also valued)
• Experience working within BIM-managed project environments
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset
• A passion for design excellence and quality outcomes
• Willingness to travel interstate from time to time
