Job summary

BELL Architecture is seeking an experienced Registered Architect to join our Brisbane studio and lead complex, design-focused projects across Australia. Based in Brisbane, you will own delivery from concept to completion while mentoring others.

The role emphasizes design excellence, leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration with opportunities to influence projects and clients across sectors.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Architect in Australia (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering commercial architecture projects in Australia.
• Queensland project experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong project leadership, documentation and contract administration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience also valued).
• Experience working within BIM-managed project environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for design excellence and quality outcomes.
• Willingness to travel interstate from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects from concept through to completion.
• Mentor and support team members while maintaining design excellence.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
