Job summary

Emmetts is seeking a Regional Workshop Administration Officer to support the Murray Bridge service departments across multiple branches. You will coordinate service administration, maintain records and assist customers, ensuring efficient workflows during peak harvest times.

The role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy and a proactive mindset, with experience in a fast-paced admin environment and a collaborative approach across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop, service or fast-paced administration, including accurate invoice and warranty processing.
• Strong customer service mindset and confidence communicating with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay composed during busy periods.
• A proactive, practical approach to solving problems and following tasks through.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in an agricultural machinery, automotive or dealership environment will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service administration across Murray Bridge, Oakbank and Parndana.
• Maintain accurate records and support workshop workflows.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep departments running efficiently.
• Assist during harvest peak to keep service teams organized and responsive.
