Job summary

REMONDIS is seeking an Area Sales Representative to drive waste management solutions in Rocklea and surrounding regions. This role reports to the State Sales Manager and focuses on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will leverage CRM to track leads and opportunities, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with Operations to meet service requirements while promoting safety and efficiency in a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving growth targets.
• Strong ability to identify client needs and convert them into solutions.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and driving renewals.
• Comfortable using CRM to manage leads, opportunities and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities to achieve budget and growth targets.
• Maintain and grow the existing client base through regular engagement.
• Strengthen customer loyalty to support service agreement renewals.
• Promote a strong safety culture through hazard identification.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within the existing client base.
• Deliver professional customer service and complete administration on time.
• Implement processes to manage and respond to sales leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
• Provide tailored commercial and industrial waste management solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve service issues and meet customer requirements.
• Report on sales activity, customer insights, competitor activity, and KPIs.
