Chinchilla Medical Practice in Queensland's Western Downs is seeking an experienced VR Fellowed GP Supervisor to mentor and supervise GP registrars. This role offers the chance to shape training pathways in a supportive regional clinic with a strong community focus.

You will supervise GP registrars through RACGP and/or ACRRM pathways, provide clinical supervision and teaching, and contribute to a collaborative team across nine consulting rooms. Experience in teaching is essential.

Formación

• VR Fellowed GP with appropriate qualifications.
• Current approval to supervise through RACGP and/or ACRRM training pathways.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring other doctors.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise doctors through RACGP and/or ACRRM training pathways, including applicable FSP program.
• Mentor and support GP registrars.
• Provide clinical supervision and teaching to help other doctors grow.
• Participate in consulting and clinical work across 9 consulting rooms.
