Job summary

Chinchilla Medical Practice in Queensland's Western Downs is seeking an experienced VR Fellowed GP Supervisor to mentor and supervise GP registrars. This role offers the chance to shape training pathways in a supportive regional clinic with a strong community focus.

You will supervise GP registrars through RACGP and/or ACRRM pathways, provide clinical supervision and teaching, and contribute to a collaborative team across nine consulting rooms. Experience in teaching is essential.

Qualifications

• VR Fellowed GP with appropriate qualifications.
• Current approval to supervise through RACGP and/or ACRRM training pathways.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring other doctors.

Chinchilla Medical Practice is looking for an experienced Vocationally Registered (VR) Fellowed GP Supervisor to join our team and help shape the next generation of general practitioners. This is an opportunity to mentor and support GP registrars in a supportive regional practice where you can make a genuine difference to the community.

About you

• Vocationally Registered (VR) Fellowed GP with appropriate qualifications
• Current approval to supervise doctors through RACGP and/or ACRRM training pathways
• Current registered supervisor or eligible and willing to register (we can help with registration process)
• Experience in teaching and mentoring other doctors

The practice features 9 consulting rooms, 2-3 Registered Nurses on duty daily, procedure and treatment rooms, and operates as a mixed-billing practice with a highly independent experienced registrar team and supportive environment.
