Job summary

Health Workforce is recruiting an experienced Vocationally Registered General Practitioner to join an established Bundaberg West practice. The role blends autonomous patient care with leadership, supervising junior doctors and GP registrars within a long‑standing community medical centre.

You will manage your own patient panel with team support, and provide on‑site supervision for at least 2.5 days per week, while contributing to teaching and clinical guidance in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• VR GP with Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
• FRACGP and/or FACRRM.
• Experience supervising or teaching junior doctors.
• Current authority to work as VR GP in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Combine autonomous clinical practice with supervision and mentoring of junior doctors and GP registrars.
• Manage own patients while supported by an experienced practice team.
• Provide on-site clinical supervision for at least 2.5 days per week.
• Contribute to a supportive medical team and lead/educate colleagues.
