Job summary

Health Workforce is seeking an experienced Vocationally Registered General Practitioner to join an established Bundaberg West practice in Queensland. The role combines autonomous clinical work with supervision and mentoring of junior doctors and GP registrars within a long-standing community medical centre.

On-site sessions are required for at least 2.5 days per week, with potential to increase. The practice offers bulk-billing, AGPAL accreditation, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Vocationally Registered GP with Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in supervising junior doctors and registrars is preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical care to own patient panel.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and GP registrars on-site.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary practice team to manage patient care.
• Contribute to a supportive educational environment within the clinic.
