Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Cluster Visual Merchandise Manager to lead the in-store VM teams across a five-store cluster in the Adelaide and Northern Territory region. You will coach, recruit and develop VMs, maintain premium visual standards, and translate commercial visual decisions into sales growth.

You will report to the Head of Visual Merchandising South, visiting stores on rotation to prioritise actions, ensure brand integrity and drive profitability while managing

Qualifications

• 5 years in a senior VM role across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a VM team.
• Commercial mindset with a creative eye for effective visual solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Excellent communication and concise feedback skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to handle large volumes of work to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable travelling regularly across the cluster, including Toowoomba.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the in-store VM team across five stores.
• Build VM bench strength through recruitment, induction and training.
• Drive consistent, premium visual standards across every store.
• Turn commercial visual decisions into measurable sales growth.
• Manage visual updates and campaign execution across the cluster.
• Liaise with Area Managers, Buying, Marketing and Support Office.
