Job summary

Habitania is seeking a Regional Visual Merchandiser to oversee the presentation across Liverpool, Narellan and Penrith stores in Western Sydney. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for styling, product placement and cohesive brand storytelling.

You will work on floor with store teams, refresh displays, create focal points, and ensure colour balance and seasonal concepts are reflected. Regular travel between locations is essential and a practical, independent approach is required.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience in retail or homewares.
• Strong eye for colour, proportion and product placement.
• Ability to style furniture and accessories and refresh displays.

Responsibilities

• Style and refresh in-store displays and furniture stages.
• Create focal points and cohesive product stories.
• Merchandise new deliveries and seasonal collections.
• Maintain colour, scale and balance across each store.
• Refresh wall bays and key merchandising zones.
• Style floral arrangements and decorative accents.
• Ensure stores are visually full, balanced and commercially presented.
• Support window displays and promotional changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and customer flow.
• Work with Store Managers to maintain standards between visits.
• Provide merchandising guidance to store teams.
