Responsibilities

Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences in stores across the region.
Lead with pace and clarity, manage stock flow and customer volume under pressure.
Give clear instructions and set expectations to keep the team aligned.
Run daily operations with rostering and efficient processes.
Maintain stock and floor standards, clear deliveries, and BOH organisation.
Coach and develop teams to lift capability and performance.
