Job summary

General Pants Co is seeking a State Manager (South) to lead store performance and customer experience across New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. You will own the customer experience, set standards for operational excellence, and build a high-performing team of Store Managers across the region.

You will report to Head of Retail and drive sales, margins, and KPI outcomes while expanding omni-channel initiatives and ensuring brand storytelling in every store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a State/Regional/Area Manager leading a multi-site retail portfolio.
• Experience with high-volume fashion/lifestyle retail is preferred.
• Ability to drive sales, KPIs and cost outcomes across stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance and customer experience across NSW, VIC, TAS, SA.
• Build and coach a team of Store Managers for regional excellence.
• Deliver regional sales, gross margin and profit budgets.
