BGIS is seeking a Regional Services Manager to oversee Technical Trade Services across South Australia and Western Australia from Adelaide. You will drive operational excellence, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and foster strong client relationships to deliver outstanding maintenance solutions and growth.

You will report to the leadership team and shape regional strategy while building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in a service-based environment.
• Experience leading operational service delivery and client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Trade qualification is highly regarded; Contractor Licence preferred.
• Current Driver's Licence is essential.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Regional Services Manager to lead our Technical Trade Services operations across South Australia and Western Australia.

Reporting into the leadership team, you'll be responsible for the operational, financial, and people performance of the region, ensuring exceptional service delivery across planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs. You'll work closely with clients, facilities managers, and technical teams to drive operational excellence, achieve business growth, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of Technical Trade Services across the SA and WA region
• Managing financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and regional profitability
• Driving operational excellence and ensuring KPI and SLA performance targets are achieved
• Leading and developing multidisciplinary trade teams across the region
• Working closely with clients to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions and customer outcomes
• Managing workforce planning, resource allocation, and service optimisation
• Supporting compliance with statutory, contractual, safety, and quality requirements
• Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities within new and existing client accounts
• Preparing business proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders

Your Education, Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing teams in a service-based environment
• Experience leading operational service delivery and client relationships
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Trade qualification highly regarded, with Contractor Licence preferred
• Current Driver's Licence (essential)
• Construction Industry White Card preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated business development and customer relationship management experience
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
