Getinge Australia Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager - North & East to lead service operations across Queensland and New South Wales. You will report to the Director, Service & Projects ANZ and oversee a dispersed team of field engineers, team leaders and the NSW Service Manager.

You will drive operational excellence, safety, quality and customer satisfaction while delivering on commercial targets.

Formación

• Experience leading field service teams in a complex service environment.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L performance and operational targets.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed workforces and frontline leadership.
• Exposure to unionised environments and change management initiatives will be highly regarded.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a high-performing service team across Queensland and New South Wales.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders, building leadership capability and succession pathways.
• Drive service performance through workforce planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare customers and act as senior escalation point for complex service matters.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial and Operational stakeholders to support customer retention and revenue growth.
• Lead regional financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and resource utilisation.
