Job summary

Getinge seeks a Field Service Engineer – Infection Control to support maintenance, installation and repair of Getinge equipment across NSW. You will hold an electrical licence and a valid driver’s licence, enabling you to service customer sites efficiently.

Based in Sydney, you will join a dedicated service team covering the Southern suburbs of NSW, delivering reliable maintenance, strong customer relationships and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Restricted or Full Electrical licence.
• A valid Driver’s Licence is mandatory.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on Getinge equipment at customer sites.
• Assist with installations of capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and restore equipment to full operation for customers.

Based in Sydney, NSW, we are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Field service Engineer – Infection Control, who is a qualified electrician, to join our growing Service Team looking after a territory covering Southern suburbs of NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment based at our customer sites, creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Electricians as necessary.

About the role:

• Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment;
• Troubleshooting issues which present occasionally in equipment, and ensure that the product is returned to a fully functional level enabling the customer to continue their business operations;
• Liaising with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team prior to attending customer sites; ensuring that you are effectively prepared to resolve the customer's issues;

About you:

• A Restricted or Full Electrical licence and a valid Driver’s Licence (Mandatory requirement)
• A strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
• A proven track record of going above and beyond for others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
• The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and as part of a team.
