EQUANS is seeking an experienced Service Manager with a trade background to lead and manage service operations across the Sydney region. You will drive operational performance, safety, and client satisfaction while overseeing maintenance contracts.

You will lead multi-site teams, manage budgets and KPIs, and build strong client relationships with Account Managers to deliver planned and reactive maintenance on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification is required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in facilities management and maintenance operations.
• Budgeting, KPIs, and client relationship experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of WHS, compliance, and risk management.
