Job summary

Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) seeks a School Readiness and Transition Partner based at MACS Head Office in Melbourne, with regional travel across four regions. This is a 12-month fixed-term position within the DRI Program to support schools to prepare for go-live, build readiness and mitigate risks.

You will work closely with principals and leadership teams, provide practical guidance, track readiness, and help staff adopt new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional contact for schools participating in DRI transition and deployment activities.
• Build trusted, collaborative relationships with principals, school leadership teams, regional colleagues and school staff.
