Qualifikationen

• Experience leading or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across education, government and community sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesise complex information into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reporting and briefings.
• Proven project management with ability to deliver within tight timelines.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Community Development, Education, Social Work or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead a six-month innovation project focused on strengthening transition experiences across four primary schools and one secondary school.
• Map existing transition practices, supports, partnerships and processes with school leadership, families and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration, improve coordination and enhance student engagement, attendance and wellbeing.
• Support establishment of a cross-school governance structure and an evidence-informed implementation model.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefings and presentations for governance and implementation.
