Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Cloud Security, offering remote work across Australia and APAC. You will lead a high-performing team, drive cloud security initiatives, and engage senior executives to win large strategic deals.

Strong leadership and cybersecurity expertise are essential. Responsibilities include pipeline management, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration with partners, sales operations, and product teams to accelerate growth and breach

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in enterprise accounts.
• Track record of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
• Proven solution/consultative selling in cybersecurity or related tech.
• Strong executive relationship-building with confidence.
• Ability to simplify complex tech for varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a senior sales team for Cloud Security in APAC.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, quotas, and long-term opportunity planning.
• Close new Cloud Security opportunities and expand revenue with key customers.
• Negotiate and close agreements to exceed targets.
• Access decision makers and align with partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate across sales, channel, marketing, and product functions.
• Leverage partner ecosystem to extend account reach.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce/CLARI.
• Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to drive deals.
