Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Director of Regional Sales based in Brisbane to lead a high‑performing sales organization. You will map business solutions to complex security challenges, understand competitive dynamics, and drive market share for our cloud security platform.

You will directly supervise 5–10 sales representatives, hire and develop Regional Sales Managers, forecast accurately, and coordinate with partners.

Qualifications

20+ years experience in a sales organization.
10+ years sales leadership experience, 4 yrs at a Director level capacity.
Successful track record selling security and networking technologies to large enterprises.
Strong channel partner relationships and regional recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise 5 to 10 sales representatives.
Hire, train and manage top-caliber Regional Sales Managers.
Communicate effectively throughout the organization, forecast accurately, add value in sales cycles and enhance our culture.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
