Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in civil or transport engineering; asset management certification desirable.
• Experience in construction and maintenance of roads and civil infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of teams and critical projects; budget discipline and clear communication with agencies and crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, asset management and operational delivery of Council's roads and transport network.
• Direct five staff and oversee condition inspection, lifecycle planning and renewal programs.
• Oversee maintenance and capital works, materials sourcing and contractor engagement.
