Qualifications

• Experience working in regional or remote communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
• Implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Promote and advertise store products and services.
• Assist customers with product selection and usage guidance.
• Maintain records of stock, sales, and financial transactions.
• Handle budgeting and daily store operations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff members.
