• Experience in quick-service or retail supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Lead and mentor crew, shift supervisors and department managers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve complaints.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, control costs, and local marketing.
• Develop local marketing plans and community engagement initiatives.
