Job summary

The NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking a Manager Reconstruction Coordination based in Lismore to lead regional infrastructure reconstruction coordination across the North Region. You will work with councils, state agencies and partners to drive disaster preparedness, recovery and infrastructure outcomes.

You will provide strategic oversight of DRFA funded programs, support asset owners, and develop capabilities while ensuring accountable delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure reconstruction or delivery programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with councils and agencies.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery funding environments (DRFA) is desirable.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of reconstruction programs across the North Region.
• Lead a team of Reconstruction Coordination professionals and coordinate with councils and agencies.
• Support disaster preparedness, infrastructure recovery and reconstruction outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges and enable timely project delivery.
