The NSW Reconstruction Authority is recruiting an Assistant Project Officer to provide project coordination and administrative support across governance, assurance, policy and funding activities in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Parramatta/Sydney CBD with hybrid working, the role offers opportunities to develop governance and assurance skills while delivering outcomes for NSW communities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing project, administration or business support in government or corporate settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear documentation.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records and information.
• Collaborative and able to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide project coordination and administrative support across governance, assurance, policy and funding activities.
• Coordinate information and documentation; prepare briefs and reports.
• Maintain records and registers; support meetings and governance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reform of governance, policy and funding processes.
• Support delivery of programs and informed decision-making through diligent business support.
