Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Architecture or Engineering.
• 5–10 years in Corporate Real Estate Management, Facilities/Property Management, or similar shared services functions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary activities and coordinating external service providers.
• Ability to develop and manage operating and capital budgets (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Leadership competencies to interact with multiple business functions and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Real Estate Service activities for a defined geographical area.
• Oversee facilities operations and maintenance, and acquisition/disposition of facilities and property.
• Prepare district/country operating and capital expenditure plans.
• Direct multi-functional teams including professionals, technicians, crafts, and contractors.
• Maintain budget accountability for the unit.
