Job summary

• Ability to develop and manage operating and capital budgets (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Leadership competencies to interact with multiple business functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Under broad direction, manages and directs Real Estate Service activities for a specific geographical area which could include one or more districts / countries.
• Responsibilities are multi-functional and include operations and maintenance activities associated with facilities; acquisition and disposition of facilities and property to support business unit requirements; design and construction of support facilities such as shops, warehouses, and plants.
• Prepares and manages district/country specific operating and capital expenditure business plans required to support business entities and support services alike.
• Manages and directs the multi-functional activities via a staff comprised of professional, technical, craft, and contract employees.
• Job role has budgetary accountabilities.

Qualifications

• Major in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Management, Facilities/Property Management, or similar shared services functions
• Experience leading multidisciplinary activities and coordinating external service providers
• Ability to develop and manage operating and capital budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) – Finance acumen
• Leadership competencies to lead and interact with multiple business functions, and serve as a focal point for internal stakeholders
• Experience supervising teams and effectively managing internal stakeholder relationships
