Colliers in Ballarat, Victoria, is seeking a precise Bookkeeper for our Real Estate Management team. You will manage trust receipts, AR/AP, deposits and balance reporting to keep offices compliant and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or similar finance roles, ideally in real estate.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
• Confidence with financial processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receipting across multiple trust accounts.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
• Collaborate with departments to process deposits, settlements and related financials.
• Support property managers with outgoings reconciliations and estimates.
• Prepare end-of-month reporting and assist with general operations.
