Water Corporation is seeking a Project Leader – Regional Projects to deliver complex capital and major non-capital initiatives across the Northwest Region. The role is based in Perth with monthly travel to the Northwest, managing scope, design, delivery, and close-out within approved frameworks.

You will lead contract and consultant management, maintain safety leadership across sites, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Regional WA delivery supports essential water services.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or relevant discipline with extensive experience delivering complex capital and non-capital projects.
• Strong project and contract management capabilities, including tendering, contractor oversight, and financial control.
• Proactive commitment to health, safety, and compliance, leading by example in all work activities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-organised, analytical, with ability to manage competing priorities while delivering quality outcomes.
• Alignment with organisational values and collaborative, high-performance teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver complex capital and large non-capital projects across regional areas, safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: scoping, design, delivery, reporting, and close-out in line with corporate project management frameworks.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and project teams, including tendering, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• Provide strong safety leadership by embedding health and safety principles into all project activities and site works.
• Travel to the northern region to deliver Regional Projects.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and community representatives.
• Monitor project performance, financials, and compliance requirements while contributing technical expertise and sharing knowledge within the team.
