Job summary

Bupa Dental is seeking an experienced Practice Development Manager to lead and support Practice Managers across 15 practices in Sydney. You will coach teams, foster a high-performing culture, and strengthen relationships with clinicians to drive better patient experiences and practice performance.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience directly managing people, including performance, development and culture.
• Proven track record coaching others, improving engagement and achieving results.
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Operational experience with financial and performance data guiding decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Managers and teams, setting clear expectations and supporting performance and career development.
• Build engaged, collaborative teams and a culture of accountability, support and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Practice Managers and clinicians to understand local challenges, resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve.
• Support people management activities, including performance conversations, staff engagement, rostering and workforce planning.
• Guide operational and financial performance using practice data and P&L results to develop practical improvement plans.
• Help teams implement business priorities, processes and compliance while maintaining a patient-first focus.
• Visit practices regularly to provide visible leadership, build relationships and follow through on actions.
