We're looking for an experienced people leader to join our Dental, Optical and Hearing Health Services team as a Practice Development Manager. Supporting a portfolio of approximately 15 practices, you'll coach Practice Managers, build trusted relationships with clinicians and teams, and create an environment where people can do their best work.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to team engagement, practice performance and patient experience.
You're a confident, approachable leader who knows how to bring out the best in people. You build trust, have constructive conversations and adapt your approach to support different personalities and teams.
You'll bring:
While experience in health services and working alongside clinicians would be beneficial, what matters most is your ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, build a positive and engaged culture, manage stakeholders effectively and drive strong operational performance. If you bring these strengths and transferable leadership experience from another industry, we'd love to hear from you.
At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued. We are continuing to build teams that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. Bupa is committed to providing equal opportunities and fostering a workplace and environment that is free of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
We actively encourage applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, veterans, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ applicants.
