Job summary

Doctors & Co is seeking a Practice Success Manager (Dental) to lead a growing network of dental clinics from our Bankstown NSW base, with regular travel to NSW, VIC and QLD. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role focused on patient flow, clinic results and aligning dental strategy with the Group.

You will supervise Practice Managers, drive profitability, open new sites and ensure standards on patient experience and accreditation while working with the executive team on strategic

Qualifications

• Five or more years managing multi-site dental or healthcare clinics with profit/loss responsibility.
• Record of growing patient numbers and clinic revenue, not just maintenance.
• Experience hiring, leading and developing practice managers across locations.
• Strong financial literacy: budgets, forecasts, clinic P&L reviews and cost control.
• Experience opening a new clinic or integrating an acquired practice, end to end.
• Working knowledge of Australian dental practice operations, practice management software, health fund/Medicare dental schemes, infection control and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Practice Managers across our dental clinics and own clinic performance.
• Grow patient flow and drive revenue and margin per clinic.
• Open new dental clinics and integrate acquired practices; manage launch plans and budgets.
• Standardise systems, pricing and operating procedures across all clinics; ensure group reporting.
