Bupa Australia is hiring a Practice Manager for the Castle Towers Dental clinic. You will lead the Practice Team and partner with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal to ensure smooth operations, quality patient care, and a positive work environment.

The role emphasises people leadership, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement across clinicians, staff and patients. Onsite facilities and a patient‑centred culture are priorities.

Formación

• Proven people leadership experience is essential.
• Leadership experience from all industries welcomed but healthcare experience is valued.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial acumen including revenue generation, cost management and profitability awareness.
• Confident in navigating difficult conversations and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
