Job summary

Health Support Services (WA health system) is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator to support the placement of casual and tendered agency nursing and AIN staff within the Western Australian Country Health Service regional network.

The role sits within the System-wide Workforce Services Business Unit and focuses on building and sustaining key relationships with regional managers and tendered agencies to drive placement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Place casual and tendered agency nursing and AIN staff to WACHS regional services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with WACHS regional workforce managers and site nursing managers to facilitate regional placement outcomes.
• Collaborate with NurseWest tendered agencies to manage regional placements.

Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced persons for the role of Regional Placement Coordinator.

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time and Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

As a member of the System-wide Workforce Services Business Unit, you will be responsible for:

• The placement of casual and tendered agency nursing and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) personnel to the Western Australian Country Health Service (WACHS), regional health services.
• Develop and maintain effective and ongoing relationships with the WACHS regional workforce managers and site nursing managers to facilitate regional placement outcomes.
• Develop and maintain effective and ongoing relationships with NurseWest tendered agencies to successfully manage regional placements.
