Health Support Services (WA health system) is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator to support the placement of casual and tendered agency nursing and AIN staff within the Western Australian Country Health Service regional network.
The role sits within the System-wide Workforce Services Business Unit and focuses on building and sustaining key relationships with regional managers and tendered agencies to drive placement outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Place casual and tendered agency nursing and AIN staff to WACHS regional services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with WACHS regional workforce managers and site nursing managers to facilitate regional placement outcomes.
- Collaborate with NurseWest tendered agencies to manage regional placements.
