Job summary

Raven's Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the front‑of‑shop operations in a busy community pharmacy in a historic Victorian township about 90 minutes north‑west of Melbourne.

You will oversee 12–15 staff, manage rosters, HR administration, induction and training, stock ordering, invoicing, merchandising and stocktakes, and build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders in a supportive regional setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent required.
• S2/S3 qualification highly regarded.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an Australian community pharmacy.
• Experience with QCPP standards and accreditation.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 12–15 staff front-of-shop team.
• Oversee rosters, HR administration and staff induction.
• Manage front-of-shop ordering, stock, invoicing and merchandising.
