Job summary

Raven's Recruitment is seeking a Pharmacist Manager for a full-time role in a regional NSW town. You will oversee the dispensary, deliver vaccinations, and drive community engagement while leading a small team.

Working with a Dispensary Technician and two front-of-shop staff, you will cover a Monday–Saturday roster up to 40 hours per week. A furnished 2-bedroom townhouse is provided along with an industry-recognised development program.

Qualifications

• General registration with AHPRA.
• Vaccination accreditation required.
• Ability to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations.
• Provide full-scope professional services including vaccinations.
• Build and maintain relationships within the community and drive business development.
