Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking an Area Manager to support and oversee a portfolio of OSHC services across a dedicated Queensland region. This senior, field-based leadership role offers autonomy, variety and real impact across multiple services.

You will lead service teams, focus on compliance, and engage stakeholders to drive outcomes for children and families. You will travel regularly, balance operational oversight with people leadership, and contribute to a values‑led culture focused on quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Children’s Services or approved equivalent.
• Working with Children Check.
• First Aid and child safety certifications.
• Previous multi-site OSHC or early childhood leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation, decision making, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of multiple OSHC services.
• Support, coach and develop service leaders across your region.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, quality and child safety requirements.
• Build strong relationships with families, schools and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across service quality and utilization.
