ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of eight OSHC services across Central Coast/N Newcastle or SW Sydney regions, including Campbelltown. Role involves field leadership, stakeholder engagement and ensuring child-safety compliant operations.

You will mentor Service Leaders, drive occupancy and quality standards, and travel regularly within NSW. Salary up to $125,000 + travel allowance + super, depending on experience.

Formación

• Demonstrated multi-site leadership experience within OSHC or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework, National Law and National Regulations.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational performance of a portfolio of up to eight OSHC services.
• Coach, mentor and develop Service Leaders and emerging leaders.
• Drive occupancy, utilisation and service performance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with National Regulations and quality standards.
• Support services through Assessment & Rating and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with principals, school communities and families.
• Monitor budgets, workforce planning and service sustainability.
• Lead investigations and risk management when required.
• Contribute to strategic planning and regional continuous improvement.
