Job summary

anzuk Education is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple OSHC services across the Gold Coast, Logan and Ipswich regions. This senior, field-based leadership role focuses on quality, compliance and people leadership, with regular travel required.

Responsibilities include supporting service leaders, driving regulatory compliance, and building strong partnerships with families, schools and stakeholders to deliver safe, engaging programs for children and educators.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Children’s Services or an approved equivalent.
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid and child safety certifications
• Previous multi-site leadership experience in OSHC or early childhood
• Excellent communication, organisation, decision making, and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of multiple OSHC services
• Support, coach and develop service leaders across your region
• Ensure compliance with legislative, quality and child safety requirements
• Build strong relationships with families, schools and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement across service quality and utilization
