Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to lead OSHC services across Brisbane South and CBD. You will oversee operations, compliance, and safety as Nominated Supervisor, while coaching Service Leaders, Coordinators and Educators to deliver high-quality programs.

You will build strong relationships with schools, families, and communities, ensuring engaging, safe experiences for children and strong outcomes under the National Quality Framework.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in School Age or Early Childhood Education.
• Leadership experience in OSHC or early childhood.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place.
• Proven coaching skills in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, NQF-aligned programs and support services through Assessment & Rating.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality as Nominated Supervisor.
• Coach and develop teams, support onboarding, and grow future leaders.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and drive service improvements.
• Build strong relationships with schools, families, and communities.
