Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking an inspiring Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of OSHC services in Canberra. You will oversee operational and compliance performance, coach Service Leaders, and ensure high-quality, safe, engaging programs aligned with the National Quality Framework.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on supporting children, educators and school communities, driving service excellence and staff development through mentorship and strong partnerships with schools.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC or early childhood setting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHC programs and support services through Assessment & Rating.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality as Nominated Supervisor.
• Coach and develop teams, onboard new staff, grow future leaders.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and drive service improvements.
• Build relationships with schools, families, and communities.
