Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking an inspiring Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of OSHC services across Brisbane South and CBD. You will oversee operations, compliance and performance of multiple sites, coaching a team of Service Leaders, Coordinators and Educators to deliver safe, high-quality care in line with the National Quality Framework.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on people development, community partnership, and ongoing program improvements to support children, families and school

Qualifications

• Confident, resilient and empathetic leader.
• Strong understanding of OSHC or early childhood environment.
• Proven coaching and team-development skills.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHC programs aligned with NQF and Assessment & Rating.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality as Nominated Supervisor.
• Coach, mentor and grow Service Leaders, Coordinators and Educators.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing and service improvements.
• Build relationships with schools, families and communities.
