Qualifications

• Commercially minded operational leader with multi-site experience.
• Proven P&L accountability, with $10M+ preferred.
• Strong planning, organization and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Champion a proactive Zero Harm culture and ensure operations meet requirements.
• Lead operational delivery safely, on time and within budget.
• Plan and coordinate workforce, plant and resources to optimise utilisation.
• Drive performance against KPIs, budgets and service levels.
• Manage financial and commercial performance through cost control and forecasting.
• Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Identify risks and gaps early to maintain delivery.
• Support proposals, tenders and opportunities for growth.
